Search begins to find the stars of the Banner in Clare’s Got Talent COULD you be the next Susan Boyle, Kevin Skinner or Diversity? Do you believe that your dreams will come true? Clare FM is proud to invite acts to enter the event that everybody in the Banner has been waiting for – Clare’s Got Talent and a chance to walk away with the prize of €5,000. Susan Murphy, General Manager at Clare FM said: “Our county is rich in talent and now there is an opportunity for this talent to come to the fore. We are calling on all singers, comedians, dancers, musicians and novelty acts of all ages to enter what promises to be the most talked about event of the year. The prize for the winner is an extraordinary €5000.” The auditions will take place in Glór Theatre, Ennis on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th February 2010. The semi-finals will be held during February and March in front of a live theatre audience in Glór and the final of Clare’s Got Talent will take place on Sunday 21st March 2010 when one lucky act will win the prize of €5,000. Each act will perform in front of a panel of judges and the competition is open to people of all ages but they must be resident in County Clare. Entry forms are available from Clare FM, Francis Street, Ennis, or they can be downloaded from www.claresgottalent.net. The closing date for receipt of entries is 5pm on Friday 29th January. Ends
