Press release – 27
th Oct 2009 Red carpet welcome planned for Wedding Party guests at Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa

GETTING to the church on time will not be an issue for anyone who visits the Wedding Party of the Year next Sunday November 1st at Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa, Tralee.

To cater for the growing demand for civil ceremonies, which have more than doubled in recent years, an afternoon of great food and musical entertainment is being planned for couples who may wish to have a themed Civil wedding ceremony or reception at Ballygarry .

Emerald Elvis, Mark Leen, will give an insightful view to the colour and extravagance of Las Vegas-style Weddings and information will also be readily available for anyone considering holding an Ethnic Wedding. Or if anyone is “planning” a Shotgun Wedding, their questions will also be answered by our Western pard’ners who’ll be there all day!

The bride should always be the centre of attention and she will obviously want to look her best at all times. Representatives of the Nadur Spa will explain and demonstrate the need to be pampered after a hectic wedding day and night. The Groom can find out more about the Outdoor Hot Tub (glasses of champagne optional).

At the Wedding Party, guests will have an opportunity to sample some fine wines to accompany the great food prepared by Head Chef Dave Baitson.

John Drummey will be the MC for the afternoon which gets underway at 3pm and entertainment will be provided by Tralee Musical Society, Celtic Rhythm and much more.

A percentage of the wages earned by the Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa staff who will be working during the magnificent Wedding Party on Sunday November 1st will be donated to the Kerry Hospice Foundation.

The staff in the hotel said they are delighted to contribute to such a worthwhile local charity organisation.
